The Process

Four steps to a trip
you can truly exhale on.

01
Where We Begin

Discovery &
Needs Mapping

Every great trip starts with a genuine conversation. Not a form. Not a checklist. A thoughtful, unhurried consultation to understand exactly what you need, what you want, and what success looks like for you.

  • A detailed consultation covering your specific needs
  • Understanding your travel style, pace, and non-negotiables
  • Identifying your destination goals and budget parameters
  • Building a clear picture of what a perfect trip looks like for you
02
Where We Do the Work

Vendor Advocacy
& Verification

This is where most travel advisors stop and most travelers get let down. We personally contact every hotel, cruise line, restaurant, and excursion provider to verify what you actually need. You receive confirmation, not assumptions.

  • Direct contact with food and beverage directors for Celiac and allergy verification
  • Room measurements, layout photos, and accessibility feature confirmation
  • Excursion and transfer accessibility verification for wheelchair and mobility needs
  • LGBTQIA+ policy verification with hotels and destinations
  • Sensory consideration requests submitted directly to properties
03
Before You Leave Home

Pre-Arrival
Preparation

We don't hand you a booking confirmation and wish you luck. You leave home prepared, informed, and ready to enjoy every moment from the second you arrive.

  • Custom packing guides tailored to your destination and needs
  • Dining communication cards for Celiac and allergy travelers
  • Social stories and sensory preparation guides for neurodivergent travelers
  • Destination briefings covering accessibility, culture, and logistics
  • Emergency contact sheets and contingency plans
04
While You Travel

Ongoing
Travel Support

Your trip does not end when you board the plane and neither does our support. We remain available throughout your journey for questions, changes, and anything that arises. You are never navigating it alone.

  • Available by phone, text, and email throughout your trip
  • Real time problem solving for unexpected changes or challenges
  • Coordination with vendors and properties on your behalf
  • Post-trip debrief to capture what worked and what to do even better next time
Why It Matters

What makes this process
different.

We verify. We don't assume.

Most travel advisors rely on what properties tell them. We contact them directly, ask the specific questions that matter for your needs, and confirm with documentation when possible.

We advocate, not just book.

When a property says "accessible" but can't confirm measurements, we push back. When a restaurant says "gluten free" but won't discuss cross contamination protocols, we flag it. Your safety and comfort come first.

We prepare you for reality.

Every destination has nuances. We brief you honestly on what to expect so nothing catches you off guard. No surprises. No stress. Just a well prepared traveler who can focus on enjoying the moment.

We stay with you.

The day you leave is not the end of our relationship. We are available throughout your journey and genuinely want to hear how it went. Your experience makes us better for every client who comes after you.

Common Questions

Things people ask us.

Our fees vary based off the complexity of the trip. By charging fees you will always know that we will never be driven by a commission. Sometimes we will work with vendors that don't pay a commission, and yet we still work with them for your vacation because we know they are the best choice for your trip. We will always be transparent about any fees before we begin working together in our consultation call.

For accessible travel, earlier is always better. We recommend starting 12 to 18 months out for international trips and cruises, and 6 to 9 months for domestic travel. Accessible rooms, accessible excursions, and specialty dining arrangements are limited and book quickly.

You call us. We handle it. Whether it is a room that doesn't meet your accessibility needs, a dining issue, or an unexpected change in plans, we are available to problem solve in real time so you don't have to manage it alone.

Accessibility is at the heart of everything we do, but we work with all travelers who value thoughtful, high touch planning. If you want someone who handles every detail so you can relax, you are in the right place.

We specialize in ocean and river cruises, European vacations, upscale all-inclusive resorts, Disney and Universal, honeymoons and romance travel, and corporate and group travel. All planned with accessibility and elevated experiences as the standard.
