When a property says "accessible" but can't confirm measurements, we push back. When a restaurant says "gluten free" but won't discuss cross contamination protocols, we flag it. Your safety and comfort come first.

Our fees start at $250 and vary based on the complexity of the trip. We will always be transparent about any fees before we begin working together in our consultation call.
For accessible travel, earlier is always better. We recommend starting 12 to 18 months out for international trips and cruises, and 6 to 9 months for domestic travel. Accessible rooms, accessible excursions, and specialty dining arrangements are limited and book quickly.
