What does an LGBTQIA+ friendly travel agent actually do?
We handle the verification most travelers end up doing themselves. That means reviewing legal protections and local attitudes at every destination we recommend, confirming inclusive policies directly with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators, making sure your reservation reflects your relationship and your family, and handling communication with venues so you are not explaining yourselves at a front desk.
How do you know a property is queer friendly and not just marketing?
We ask, and we ask specific questions. How a same sex couple's booking is handled, how a honeymoon package is worded, how staff are trained on names and pronouns, whether the nondiscrimination policy exists in writing, and whether the property has hosted LGBTQIA+ weddings, honeymoons, or families before. A rainbow logo in June is not an answer to any of those questions. Consistent answers from the front desk, the concierge, and management are.
Is it safe for us to travel there?
Sometimes the honest answer is no, and we will tell you. For every destination, we review the laws that apply to LGBTQIA+ travelers, how those laws are enforced in practice, and how the specific neighborhood, resort, or ship you would be in differs from the country as a whole. Then you decide with the full picture rather than a brochure.
Do you work with trans and nonbinary travelers?
Yes. Before anything is booked, we talk through the details that matter most: how your name appears on reservations versus your ID, documentation requirements at the borders you will cross, and which properties can confirm private facilities, spa policies, and staff practices ahead of time. If you would rather share some of that and not the rest, that works too.
Do you plan LGBTQIA+ honeymoons?

Do you plan for LGBTQIA+ families with children?
Yes. We confirm that the property recognizes your family structure on its forms, at check in, and in its kids' programs, so two moms or two dads are not a surprise to anyone when you arrive. That applies to resort stays, cruises, and theme park trips.
Will you tell the hotel we are a queer couple?
Only if you want us to. Some clients want the property to know it is a honeymoon for two grooms so the celebration is right. Others prefer nothing be said. You decide what is shared, and we handle every conversation with venues on your behalf.

Do you work with clients outside Florida?
